At ShopBD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery. Some categories (underwear, perishable goods, digital products) are non-returnable.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• All tags and labels must be intact
• Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided
• Item must not be damaged by the customer

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent via bKash or bank transfer.

Exchange

We offer free exchanges for size/color changes subject to availability. Contact our support team to initiate an exchange.
