1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and circumstances. Inside Dhaka: 24-48 hours. Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

ShopBD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
